The ®Swinger mirror spring mechanism is warranted by the manufacturer against defective materials or workmanship for 90 days of the original purchaser.
During the above period, the manufacturer will repair, adjust, and/or replace (at manufacturer's options) defective parts
without charge to the purchaser when the ®Swinger mirror is returned prepaid postage and insured with proof of purchase date.
®Swinger mirrors returned without proof of purchase date will be repaired at the service rates in effect at the time of return.
This warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failure resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
If merchandise is damaged in shipping please
retain all original packaging materials.
• NO returns will be accepted without proper authorization.
• NO replacement will be sent until the damaged merchandise has been returned and inspected.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping and processing charges
will not be refunded.
